What we sell

Three product families, edited tightly and stocked deep:

• Acoustic wall panels — slatted real oak veneer bonded to recycled PET felt with a rigid backing board. They reduce echo, soften mid-range frequencies and turn a hard, hollow room into one that feels considered. Eight finishes, all 2400 × 600 × 21 mm, fire-rated and FSC-certified.
• PVC wall panels — 100% waterproof, grout-free wall cladding for bathrooms, wet rooms, kitchens and commercial spaces. Marble, stone, gloss and matte finishes in 1m and 250–375 mm widths. UV-stable, wipe-clean, and warrantied for ten years.
• Accessories & trims — the parts that make the install look right. End caps, internal and external corners, universal profiles, cornices and fixings — matched in colour to every panel family we stock.

Who we supply

Chirpi is a B2B operation. We work with:

• Independent retailers stocking panels for their showroom or trade counter
• Builders & contractors specifying panels by the project — renovation, fit-out, refurbishment, new build
• Interior designers & architects writing panels into commercial and residential schemes
• Property developers using panels at scale across multi-unit developments
• Online resellers — including dropshippers and marketplace sellers using our white-label fulfilment

If you're an end-consumer ordering for one room, our trade partners can help — and we'll happily point you to one in your area. We don't do small retail orders directly.

How we ship

Pallet delivery only. Our minimum order is one full pallet, dispatched from our UK warehouse with a kerbside pallet courier. We do not ship parcel-sized orders or single panels — protecting the product in transit means a pallet, properly strapped, every time.

Standard pallet delivery to UK mainland is 2–4 working days. Express, Saturday and named-day delivery are available on request. International freight is quoted by destination — talk to us first.

Why we exist

Most of the wall panels on the British market sit at one of two ends — cheap and cheap-looking, or genuinely luxurious and priced for clients who never ask. We sat in the middle. We partnered with a Northern European manufacturer for the acoustic range (real oak veneer, recycled PET felt, FSC chain of custody) and a specialist mill for the PVC line (10 mm core, UV-stable, ten-year warranty). Two products, rigorously specified, stocked deep in the UK at trade pricing — so the trade can pass on a quietly extraordinary product without apologising for the bill.

Sustainability

Every acoustic panel is FSC-certified and backed by 100% recycled PET felt. The PVC range is rated for fifteen years of service — several times the lifespan of tiled grout. Recyclable packaging, carbon-offset logistics, supplier chain published on request.
