Abis Consulting Limited, trading as Chirpi Walls ("we", "us", "our"), is a company registered in England & Wales with its registered office at 20–22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU. We operate the website chirpiwalls.co.uk ("the Website").
These Terms apply to all orders placed through the Website or via our sales team. By placing an order you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and, where applicable, that you are at least 18 years old. Trade customers are additionally bound by our Trade Terms, provided on approval of a trade account.
Your order is an offer to buy from us. We confirm receipt by email; the contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. Until then we may decline an order — for example if a product is no longer available, if we identify a pricing error, or if we are unable to verify payment.
Colour variation is inherent to natural materials. Photography cannot reproduce every nuance of oak veneer or marble-effect print; please order samples before committing to a large install.
Prices on the Website include VAT at the prevailing rate but exclude delivery unless stated. We accept payment by credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer for trade accounts. Prices may change at any time but we honour the price stated at the point of dispatch confirmation.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; title passes when we have received payment in full. Please refer to our Delivery page for full detail on dispatch times and courier arrangements.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 calendar days from receipt to cancel your order. Goods must be returned unopened, in the original packaging, at your expense. Refunds are processed within 14 days of the goods being received back. This right does not apply to products cut or altered to your specification.
We inspect every panel before dispatch but transit damage occasionally occurs. Please inspect pallets on arrival and sign as "damaged" if you notice cartons are crushed. Report any defect in writing within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs, to our registered office. We will repair, replace or refund as appropriate.
Acoustic panels carry a 5-year manufacturer warranty against delamination and veneer defects under normal indoor use. PVC panels carry a 10-year warranty against water ingress, UV discolouration and tongue-and-groove failure. Warranties are void for panels installed outdoors, damaged by fire or flood, or altered contrary to our installation guide.
Trade orders are non-returnable once dispatched unless defective. Credit terms (net-30) are available after three months of consistent trading and are subject to satisfactory credit check. Full Trade Terms are provided on approval of a trade account.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Subject to this, our total liability to you for any claim arising from an order is limited to the price paid for the goods in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including lost profit, lost business or installation labour costs.
All content on the Website — including photography, copy, design and software — is owned by Abis Consulting Limited or our licensors and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce it without written permission. Trade partners are granted a limited licence to use supplied product imagery and copy solely for the purpose of reselling our products.
We are not liable for delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supply chain disruption, courier failure, extreme weather, strikes or government restrictions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the date you place your order is the one that applies to that order. The current version is always available at this URL.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
