In-stock orders leave our warehouse within 48 hours. Most UK addresses receive within 2–4 working days. Trade accounts can arrange next-day courier on request.
All orders placed before 12:00 GMT on a working day are processed the same day. Panels are typically palletised and dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation. Accessories and smaller items ship by standard courier.
Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Channel Islands: surcharges apply and delivery takes 5–10 working days. Exact quote given at checkout or on request.
We ship to the Republic of Ireland and most EU countries for trade accounts. Please contact us with your postcode and product list for a quote. All international orders are DDP (delivered duty paid) where possible.
Tracking is emailed once your order leaves our warehouse. You can also check progress from your account dashboard at any time.
If you miss your delivery slot, the courier will leave a card and arrange a redelivery (one free attempt). Subsequent attempts or return-to-depot collection incur a £25 charge. Please ensure someone is available to sign and inspect the pallet.
